Should I be careful about my coffee consumption with Vitality & Immunity?

Our formula contains 400mg of Guarana titrated with 29.5% caffeine, the equivalent of approximately 120mg of caffeine.
It is therefore advisable to control your consumption of caffeine-based drinks during the day.

As an example:
– 2 cl espresso = 40 mg
– Filter (220 ml) = 65 to 120 mg

Can I take Vitality & Immunity continuously?

It is possible to chain several 15-day cures then take a break of around ten days before starting a possible cure again.

Is it possible that I have digestive problems with your magnesium?

In principle you should not have digestive problems with our formula because we have selected magnesium salts that are particularly well assimilated.

Can I take Assimilable Magnesium continuously?
