When should I take my capsules?

It is recommended to take your 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime to allow time for the different ingredients to be absorbed and released into the blood.
In addition, certain basic health and diet rules are respected:


Avoid :
– physical activity in the evening
– late or overly copious meals
– exciting products after 5 p.m.: coffee, tea, vitamin C, corticosteroids, but also alcohol
– naps lasting more than 20 minutes
– to fall asleep in front of the television and especially the blue light of the smartphone 1 hour before bedtime

Prioritize :
– a regular bedtime and rising routine
– calm activities while waiting for the desire to sleep to arrive: reading, yoga, etc.
– a favorable environment: ambient temperature (18°C), noise, brightness, bedding
– go to bed when you want to sleep: if sleep does not come after 30 minutes, or if you wake up during the night, get up and start calm activities again until the desire to sleep returns

Why is your formula not in extended release?

Our formula is composed of a combination of plants and melatonin.
